i paid $200 up front, the other $895 when it gets to the other side. this includes $50k of insurance per car on the truck (provided by the shipper). i used cross country auto transport, who ended up contracting the work to k-1 auto carrier.if the exterior was in better shape i would have sent it in an enclosed container, but it needs work so i didn't. i think enclosed shipments are at least a few hundred more than i paid, but i'm not entirely sure since i didn't investigate it thoroughly. andrew davidoff
